How it all Started
Pancakes and Beyond started when I became introduced to cooking. My family loved to cook but I loved to cook breakfast food the most. My favorite dish would be pancakes and eggs and sausage. I became inspired to cook and I wanted to find a way to share the dishes I was giving in my childhood with others so why now start a food truck business!
